In our experience, well-priced properties in the North London market let within 2–4 weeks. Premium properties in sought-after postcodes such as N1 often attract applicants within days of listing. We give you an honest timeframe estimate at valuation.
What checks do you carry out on prospective tenants? +
We conduct comprehensive referencing including credit history, employment verification, income assessment (typically 2.5x annual rent), previous landlord references, and Right to Rent checks as required by UK law.
Are your fees fully disclosed upfront? +
All fees are disclosed in full in writing before any agreement is signed. We comply with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 — no admin fees or referencing fees charged to tenants. Landlord fees are agreed transparently at instruction.
Do you manage properties outside London? +
Our primary focus is the London market, particularly North and East London. However, we are registered in England and Wales and can discuss management of properties in other UK locations on a case-by-case basis.
